Materials

The following list is the range of materials that we usually use for our products including nitrile, neoprene, EPDM, natural rubber, silicone, plastic, and so on. Our products can be made by any kind of rubber materials in that list or even combinations of those materials. The list includes the material's physical properties as well. If you want to know more or can not decide which one to use. We can give you some advice. And, all you need to do is to send us your requirements.

NBR Excellent resistant to oil and fuel resistance; high Acryl-Nitriel material is good at low temperatures; elasticity and compression set resistance.
EPDM Excellent resistance to weather and ozone; good resistance to heat, low temperatures, and chemical; widely used in the braking system.
NR High tensile strength and good elongation properties; not good at heat and weather resistance.
CR Generally have good resistance to ozone, aging, and chemical; good mechanical properties over a wide temperature range.
SBR Shock resistance; works well for adhesion and sealing.
Silicone Have a wide range of operating temperatures; stable performance in both high and low temperatures; widely used in food and USP class sealing area.
VITON/FKM Excellent resistance under high temperatures, ozone, oxygen, mineral oil, synthetic hydraulic fluids, fuel aromatics, different chemicals, and many organic solvents.
AFLAS Aflas is a unique tetrafluoroethylene and propylene copolymer that can be either peroxided or electron beam cured. Its structure provides high-temperature resistance, a broad range of chemical resistance, and excellent electrical properties.
XNBR Carboxylated nitrile rubber (XNBR) is a terpolymer made from the polymerization of acrylonitrile and butadiene monomers with a third, carboxyl-containing monomer. Compared with conventional NBR, XNBR has higher tensile strength, modulus, and hardness, but the key performance advantage is the significant improvement in abrasion resistance.
HNBR HNBR (commonly called Nitrile Rubber or BUNA-N) is a highly saturated, oil-resistant elastomer, manufactured by subjecting the unsaturated bonds in NBR (a widely used, oil- resistant rubber) to a special hydrogenation process. HNBR exhibits excellent heat, ozone and chemical resistance properties through the introduction of saturated bonds into the main chain.
IIR Low gas permeability rate and good electrical properties
FVMQ Have a wide range of operating temperatures; have stable performance in both high and low temperatures; good resistance to mineral oil and fuel.
ACM Have high resistance to minerals, oil, oxygen, ozone, and high temperatures. Compared with NBR, ACM has better water compatibility and cold flexibility.
